The colorist I see makes me feel so relaxed, welcome and understood (hairstyle wise, but also generally). Even though I’ve been seeing her for years and years, she always truly listens and helps me land on a plan. I never feel pressured, rushed or silly for “overthinking” what my hair needs are. Each visit to Lisa is truly delightful, and I can’t imagine working w anyone else, the longer trip from east bay is beyond worth it every time! 🥰
