Hope is great and the personnel are friendly. The salon has COVID requirements set-up and followed.

I choose the highest score because I made a special request to have my haircut done downstairs with Hope while the door remained open. This in itself made me feel safer and more at ease since we are all dealing with the COVID 19 Pandemic. In addition, Hope gave me an excellent haircut as she always does.. she is AMAZING! Please may all of you stay safe!
