I chose that score for the amazing service that Lisa and Mia provide. 100% rock stars and lovely human beings! There are a couple of items I do feel like I would like to gently mention: one is the shampoo lady - I do not have her name. I feel like she is afraid to touch my scalp! I don't think in my entire life that anyone has been that limp and soft during a shampoo and condition :( I've asked her in the past to kindly scrub harder - kinda like a massage - the most enjoyable and reassuring part of the shampoo process - that your hair is really clean, shampoo free, and that you really enjoyed that shampoo one looks forward to during the services of the salon. She would benefit from some trainer to take her talent to the next level :) The salon that day was bit crazy with a barking dog that came in with a client and a woman that brought her sick child to her appointment with her that coughed without covering her mouth for the entire color visit. Not a little cough, wet, don't feel well, productive cough. :( I felt bad for her that she had to be there and felt bad for myself who gets bronchitis and pneumonia 1-2x/year whether I need it or not. I actually get immune injections monthly as we've run out of antibiotic therapies to support me due to resistance. I didn't think I needed to wear a mask in the salon anymore? Maybe people, like the national conference I just attended, could be reminded to please not come to the (Conference), or to the Salon if you are sick and please refrain from bringing sick/ill family members and children to the salon for the health and wellbeing of our team and other customers. Just a couple of thoughts. Please know that I never mind paying for my services - well worth the travel and the money. I also come for the professional and relaxing environment.
