Mari is great, everyone is very nice. There was miscommunication regarding not being able to put the tip on my card- your front desk person probably thought I was an idiot because I didn't get it at first. Maybe you should have a small sign or a note on your website, or remind clients when they make an appt. Not everyone has Venmo.
