Mari is amazing. Still getting over not having Hope! Snack bar is a cute amenity, but the water dispenser was out of H20. Mari asked personally if I wanted hot tea or anything to drink. But it would have been just easier to self-serve before my haircut since I was 10 minutes early. Overall, that's why I score 9/10. Mari is incredible and the receptionist at the front door was exceptional.
