Actually 9.75 - Only reason 9.75 is because it was not possible to get any level of change or use any type of card to sort out gratuities for the people who worked very hard to provide very high quality service. The woman at the podium was a bit perfunctory about it (not the usual woman) - totally understand ground floor and glass vulnerability. Perhaps can create other option such as small cash machine, or cash stash in a safe or maybe a way to use a credit or debit card to provide gratuities. I overpaid above standard 20% which was totally ok - just thought that customer support could use some type of solution. I don't usually even have cash with me. It's great to be back and be with Lisa and see the team :))) thank you. ♥️
