Well, it's primarily because Gina is such an incredible Hair Color person. I probably should've rated it a little bit lower because of the difficulty getting appointments right now, but I'm really grateful she's still coming. The other people that worked there are all very nice and the person at the front desk told me she'd put my name down on the list for Gina's appointment in November when they open up
