• Nicolette was so kind and helpful. I had a not-great day and she brought me some positivity -- with not only the haircut but with chatting and tips for my sister's hair. She also gave me a shower cap and even offered her umbrella because it was pouring. She lent me a towel, too, to dry off my bike. It was the type of kindness I needed that day -- not to mention the stellar hair cut.
