  • Front desk personnel: some are very warm and greet customers with a smile. Others seem distracted, and could be more welcoming. They are the face of Salon Image and the first contact new clients interact with. As I said, some are great, others not as much. This is not a criticism just an observation. I know you have recently reinforced the dress code.
