• Hello! My manicure took a lot longer than expected, because the basecoat and the polish were both gunky and old. My nails looked horrible after the nail tech applied them. She did a great job at resolving the issue, and I appreciate her professionalism and willingness to ask for help. She and Brooke tag teamed to make my experience Amazing! Challenges may happen each day but it's how they are resolved that makes the difference in customer care. I really appreciate everything Ava did for me
