Salon was very clean and friendly. From the front desk receptionist, through to my stylist. Nobody was pushy recommending products I would never use anyway. Minimal products were used, and I was told exactly what they were and what they did. I did buy one that really worked well for me. My stylist was new and was polite about asking if it was okay for her/the manager to look and check. He was lovely as well. Best cut I've had in many years!! Listening is important. Your Salon did that beautifully.
