• I originally would've scored low because I wasn't happy with my hair but the receptionist (Janet's sister) offered such excellent customer service. She realized I wasn't satisfied and insisted on making it right. Janet then fixed me hair and it came out beautiful. So much volume and my fine hair held curls the whole night. Will definitely come back to see Janet all because the receptionist wouldn't let me leave until I was happy.

• My experience with Serena was very professional, fast, and pleasant! She’s very talented in her work. She did my extensions perfect. I just wished the next girl would’ve styled it better, Although I told her not to cut it, she should’ve recommended that I angled it more. Because before I walked out of there not one person in the salon said it looked nice. It needs to be colored and cut and no one recommended it. Please keep in mind that Serena was sweet as sugar, and I highly recommend her only. Thank you for your service.
