• This salon is my definition of "Class". The interior design is beautiful. The music is subtle and relaxing. The stylists are cautious and friendly. Kachina is lovely!! She listens to customer concerns and recommend solutions based on consultation. For example, she checked my hair and told me that my hair is currently over processed (of course that explains why I was constantly shading ) and she immediately recommended that I use the "thickening system" to help restructure, stimulate my scalp, and help new hair growth. She uses good quality products. With just the first visit, I was not the only one who realized the difference but my daughter was in awe to see the bounce and body I got after I got home. The shampoo experience is blissful! They take time and make the customer feel and see the difference. It is not rushed through as some saloons would do. I know you want to know about the price - Alright, as they always say, you get what you pay for -- correct?. So, for all the experience, I leave it to you to judge if a shampoo, blowdry and style for $70.00 is pricey or not. For weekly customers, this can really hurt the pocket but if you are the bi-weekly customer, I think this price is okay but again you make your own judgement.
