• Appointment started ON TIME, hairdresser was professional, knowledgeable, and gave me the style I asked for. The shop is clean. Nobody was on their cell phones or chatting across the room. They e mailed me in advance the cost of my service. In other words--everything we hate about other shops has been eliminated. A blessing. AND they offered to something to drink when they took my jacket to hang up. I was quite pleased.
