Nicolas fut à l'écoute, s'est montré engagé en proposant une vision, même lors d'un tout premier rdv. Il n'a pas poussé pour des procédures non nécessaires plus coûteuses, même si elles avaient été initialement prévues au comptoir. Relevons également son accueil chaleureux et respectueux.
