• It was my first visit to the salon. Before the actual appointment, I scheduled a consultation with Shelby. She was recommended by the front desk receptionist, who was extremely helpful when I called and explained my hair situation (disaster) to her. When I met with Shelby, I explained to her what had happened to my hair from a previous salon. The last salon not only completely gave me the wrong color, they also damaged my hair. I had always had healthy long brown/blonde hair. She provided me with in depth detail on what she recommended and what needed to be done to obtain the color I wanted, and in the process, not to do any damage to my hair. She recommend a product for me to use to strengthen my hair and to use before the appointment. It worked wonders. I went back for the appointment days later and Shelby completely reformed my hair. The color turned out great. She did exactly what I asked, and was hoping for. No brassiness, no orange, no yellow. A great brown and an ashy blonde. The cut also turned out great. My hair looks healthy again. Shelby is very knowledgeable and takes time to listen to the client. She is compassionate and keeps you informed on what she is doing at all times. She really knows how to make you feel comfortable, and you end up with great hair. Highly recommend.
