• Both April and Philippe listened to me attentively to what I like and don't like, what has worked for me in the past, how much effort and time I want to put into my style and told me what to expect maintenance-wise from the style I decided upon. Several times during my cut today Philippe checked to see what I thought of the length, the texturing, the weight, the fringe. And he told me that any time during the week I am able to come in if I am uncomfortable with my new cut. While he is an artist and has creative genius he also cares about me as a client and what I think about how I look, how I feel and how I will manage the style. He clearly wants to work with me to create a look unique to my requests with a style only a skilled artisan can produce. I also like that he has apprentices working with him at the studio to pass on his knowledge to a future generation of stylists.
