• When I had a reaction to the coloring solution, all of the stylists came to help give me some relief. Additionally, I was not charged for the coloring service, even though I didn't think that was necessary. I mean, how could anyone predict an allergic reaction in a client? It was kind of the owner to do that. After I left the salon, I received a call from the owner, & I thought that was great, too. To me it showed concern for me personally, as well as our relationship, which I really appreciate. Overall, I felt that a less-than-ideal situation was handled well.
