• The main reason I came in was to get more volume on the top of my head. Although the cut is very beautiful, I did not get what I asked for. Also, I wanted the cut to be one that could draw naturally. The lady was very sweet, but she blow dry and round brush that so that it was pretty flat all around. I was looking for volume when I came into the salon. The layers have helped a lot on both sides however, the top is still flat. I'm working on learning how to tease it to get more height. She showed me how to tease it for the Top back of my hair, but the front about 3 inches or 4 inches is flat flat flat.

• Chose it because my appt was for 3pm and they called at 2:33 to move me back to 3:30 but I didn't actually get seen until 4. Luckily I didn't have any place to be.
