• My experience at salon acote was wonderful from beginning to end. I was introduced to my stylist (Alyssa) who was kind and walked me through the type of cut I was thinking and what she thought would look best. She was helpful and on point with her suggestions. She then gave me a beautiful cut and blow dry... and it was fast! Loved that they offered me some wine as well (even gave some to my friend who met me there!) Overall, Acote has a very welcoming and knowledgeable staff and lovely amenities. Can't wait for my next cut!

• I had an appointment at Acote for a blow out & curl with Gaston. I was in Boston from Savannah, GA for a wedding. A fellow wedding guest suggested Acote the night before the wedding---I booked online which was super easy! At my appt, Gaston took time talking with me and looking at my hair before beginning--he said "I am going to take my time with you" which made me feel comfortable. He suggested instead of a blow out/curl that he cut my hair because my ends were split and fragile (I was months overdue for a haircut which is probably why I was desperate for someone else to style my hair and hide all the imperfections of my shoulder length style). I agreed to his suggestion and I am very happy I did--he gave me a beautiful cut, blow dry, and style...curls were not needed after he worked his magic! The cut he did makes my hair look thicker than it is which is wonderful. All I needed was a hair cut to refresh my look and give me confidence---I never considered having someone cut my hair while during a trip because I always get nervous when someone other than my hair stylist back home cuts my hair, BUT Gaston did a BETTER job than my stylist back home! Maybe I will start flying to Boston for all my hair cuts ;) Thank you Gaston for renewing my look and making me feel beautiful!
