• Priscilla is lovely. She does a great job on my hair especially as I don't give much guidance. Your staff are always pleasant and kind to customers but also one another. The assistant (Magdalena?) - who sometimes will do the washes is so kind and patient. You had a difficult elderly client come in yesterday and she stopped what she was doing - finished conditioning me - and took over for her colleague who was struggling to please the client to no fault of her own. Magdalena then gave the elderly woman a gentle shampoo and condition with a massage which the client had mentioned - the client ended up much more happy following the 💆🏻‍♀️ . I certainly didn't mind as the environment was relaxing and I got a nice massage out of it too. You have a great team and a great business. Keep up the great work.
