• I love my haircut or color every time I go!! I have super thin fine hair but my hairdresser is very honest and if a color or style will damage my hair or make it more thin she tells me. I come out more than impressed every time!!

• I have been going to Salon 21 for 3 years now in Orem. Hailey is awesome! But, as a forgetful man, I really don't care about my hair. Salon 21 and Hailey do. They send me texts and call to remind me of appointments, let me set up the next one before I leave 6 weeks down the road, put on my calendar and even send me survey questions via texts where I don't have to log into a cumbersome website. I don't have to go 2 weeks with shaggy stupid dork 70s hair because I am too busy to get a haircut. Salon 21 is a perfect way to stay in style as a working busy man.

• I've been going to haircut chains for years, but this past year I started going to Salon 21 and honestly I'll never go back to those other places! From the time you walk in to the time you leave they treat you like you've been their friends for years. The service is top notch and their skills unparalleled. They always know what I want and can actually translate it into a great haircut! 10/10 would recommend to my best friends and family members!
