• I chose a 10 because the hairstylest did a wonderdul job on my cut, gave me exactly what I wanted. She engaged in conversation with me the entire time from Hello to Good Bye. She didn't leave me waiting after I got my hair washed. Everyone who was in there had an upbeat happy attitude, and more than one person gave me a compliment! I also gave a 10 because I went to a salon down the street and the experience was 100% different in a negative way. This was an awesome positive experience/ interaction! Customer Service is top noch!
