All services were "out of this world" excellent. Added to that was the attentiveness, conversation, listening skills, discussions and even accommodating my needs to have my groceries refrigerated while I had my facial today!! What kind of wonderful company goes out of their way like this? Not many, in fact. But you do. And did. Its all of the above, added to the expertise of the skilled practitioners that makes the customer experience at your spa so great. Kudos to you as an organization for being a customer centric and service centric organization, through and through.

I'm still a bit confused, after I had washed my hair I noticed to was cut shorter in the back and aprox three inches longer in the front. I thought my hair was straight and even. Also my grays that were showing when I came in are still there even after having my hair colored. But the one that bothers me the most is that my hair still has an orange tone / color to it. I was really looking forward to having everything done correctly the second time and it didn't happen. I can't pay 70 dollars for a hair cut so I will have to find someone less expensive to fix my cut. As for my color, I'm not sure how to fix that yet. After I save
