I was told to be 10 mins early, which I was, but my stylist was 5 or 10 mins past my scheduled appt time arriving to the salon.

Gave a 10 for Scottie and Lori Always the friendliest genuine kindness all with great hair and service. My only negative thoughts are regarding the nail salon. The price of the service and the most uncomfortable bench seat and to be literally soaking my feet in an actual kitchen sink was surprising. Especially for the cost. The nail area seemed to be an after thought. I would have expected massaging reclining chairs with soaking tubs. I get the exact service faster and better and much more comfortable elsewhere for nearly half the price. I only want to inform you Just offering constructive criticism Since I was asked. I most likely won't do my nails there again Sorry 😕
