Just the genuine Bikram base and the most important part to me is the consistency of heat and humidity. I tried some corepower and other similar 26 poses and heat /humidity was up and down. I will continue coming to St. Paul Bikram because the heat /humidity /teachers are consistently great I don't enjoy a Luke warm class. I pay for great teachers /heat -humidity and this place is the best
