The facility is packed with everything! There is a great vibe. Everyone is so nice and encouraging, no pressure. I had my first boot camp with Rusty and he was fantastic... I can barely walk.. in a good way. I'm excited about my 6 week challenge. Vee has been fabulous as well as Erin. Can't wait to take another class. The apps are so helpful and the meal program is perfect for me... I need a regimen to follow to get back into shape!
