• Kaila is amazing! I would recommend sage spa 100% all the time. I've been to many massage therapists and it's always difficult to find someone who is really focuses on YOU and what your muscles and body needs. I have had a problem with my shoulder for a long long time. After going to Kaila a few times they disappeared and I feel great. Here and there the pain comes back periodically after stressful or strenuous work weeks but Kaila always puts the pain behind me!
