• Aspen was kind and made me feel pampered. I told her that I had experiences at other nail salons that were less than stellar and she made sure that this experience was great! She asked questions and explained things as she went, especially the steps that may have been new to someone, like the hot rocks and the paraffin wax. Aspen was social and easy to talk to, which is always better than just sitting on my phone, in my opinion. The addition of the Italian soda and the neck warmer made the experience even better. I did find it a bit odd that they took me to the waiting room in the back and then immediately took me back out past the front desk to the nail area. I understand if I was waiting a long time, but I wasn't. I also received an email the day before saying to be 15 minutes early, which makes sense for massages and services where you need to change, but a pedicure isn't one of those. Overall, it was a good experience that I am likely to do occasionally as the price is higher than a lot of other nail places.

• The environment was extremely relaxing and comfortable. I had a facial for the first time and my tech was informative and professional. The mani/pedi was relaxing and my nail teach was super fun to talk to!
