• Savannah did an amazing job and I will definitely be requesting to have her again in the future! However the gal that was at the front desk never offered my mom and I an intake form, even though we were asked to be there 15 minutes early to give us time to do so, which we did. Additionally, there wasn't any water in the keurig machine in the back, so we weren't able to make ourselves any of the drinks that were offered. So those parts were a bit unorganized. But I still gave a 9 because of how awesome Savannah was.
