Lori is a wonderful teacher who breaks down each component of a pose so that we do it correctly and get the best benefit from the pose.
I love taking classes at Sacred Soul studio. Great teachers. Great classes. Something for everyone. The atmosphere is so serene.
The atmosphere is calm and comfortable and the instructors have been very nice and professional. I like that classes start on time, and they set the tone for the class, which for me has allowed this to be a "me time" activity where I can truly not think about work for a while.
I love the 7 PM flow class on Monday evenings. I don’t live in the area, but I drop in every chance I get. The instructor is so kind and makes the class a lot of fun.
