Stephanie was very caring and listened to my issues. The facial she did was very relaxing and my face looked great after. She also recommended excellent products. (One thing I would mention is that the labels on the products she recommended have text that is so small I can hardly read it :) and I do have good eyesight -- maybe she should let that company know :) )
