I had the most wonderful experience during last nights sound bath. I am usually skeptical of these types of events but felt compelled to go when I saw it on the yoga schedule, searching for local events. I felt a deep healing last night with a lot of chaos bubbling up inside of me. It was like a true release. The attendees were also awesome. Everyone made me feel so welcome. I've never been to a facility where all attendees were so friendly. It was a true community and I loved every minute of it
