I walked into plants thriving. I am a huge plant lover so that was very inviting. The space was easy on eye, and very clean. Aspen and the massage therapist (forgot her name) we're very open and welcoming. I share about moving to the area, finding like minded people, needing something here that is something I can do in regards to my spiritual journey. I am addict in recovery and need like minded people. It was a safe space and I enjoyed it. I hope to come to Wednesdays yin. And all the sound baths!

This is only my 3rd time doing yoga, Nick was clear giving direction, helpful without any judgement when I was clearly unsure what I was doing. Patient and really down to earth and easy to get along with.
