I had never been to a gym like this one... I never know what to do by myself at a gym, but having the trainer there made a world of difference. I felt like I got a complete workout without second guessing if I was doing what's right for me!

I am completely out of shape and the trainers at RedZone are wonderful at tailoring my workout to my abilities. I am looking forward to losing lots of weight here. They also provide nutritional guidance. I started going five days a week and look forward to each work out.
