I felt very comfortable in the class. The instructor was very laid back, very helpful. The ladies in the class were very nice very friendly. The gym is very clean the girls at the front desk are very nice and friendly. Just a really positive place to be at.

I love RZone Fitness. A completely new concept of workouts! I have been for years going to gyms on and off, and the off part is because none of them gave what I like. First of tall the trainers are excellent. Is never boring, the location is good, and the routines or "zones"are challenging and fun. Also I love that is a female only gym, and is impeccable. I have only been going for a week and I hope this will be it!!!...I expect to go for years to come!
