• Class are small and concentrated. Female only clients make for comfort and encouragement with each other.

• 1st time visit--the team was attentive (especially the trainer) and the women went out of their way to be kind, endearing and gave me positive feedback--it was very sweet. I believe that for a person like me that needs structure and scheduled time, this works perfectly and the concept is what I am seeking. Look forward to the next class as I am trying the different ones, so I can set my schedule moving forward. Thanks
