I’m so impressed with RZone! I love the schedule, I don’t know another place that offers this many classes, which makes it very flexible. The workouts are also challenging but doable.

The workouts and coaches are amazing. You are pushed adequately (they seem to know where and how much more you can go even when you think you can’t). I recently injured my shoulder (minor setback) and they helped modified exercises and constantly were checking in on me. I can’t thank Rzone enough for setting up a safe place for women at all levels of fitness. You guys rock.
