• When I called to ask about services and pricing, I was greeted cheerfully and given a thorough description of both since it had been awhile since my last visit. I was greeted warmly when I arrived and the staff were extremely kind, accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful. They seemed to really care about my experience and were super friendly. Thank you!

• At first, I was really intimidated by all that's offered at the studio but Ryan did such a wonderful job explaining all of the different equipments and services and with giving his recommendations to target my areas of focus. The environment is really supportive and conducive to healing and self care. I tired the red sauna, red bed, and cryo during the session - and I can honestly say that I left feeling energized and with less aches than I have felt in a long time. I'm a day in from the treatment and woke up with less pain which helps provide clearer positive intentions to keep active. Product, service, people - all five stars in my book.
