• Helps me with my eczema flare ups. The minute I feel one starting up - I come as often as I can to the infrared sauna and it takes care of it ! I'm now hoping it can help me give my metabolism a boost as I am having that mid life hormonal change which has added 10-15 pounds to my belly and ass. The traditional diet changes don't seem to be working like they usually do- so I figure this was worth a shot. The staff at RxR are always so friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable and the services available are high quality. Now more than ever - non invasive and holistic approaches to health and wellness are crucial. Popping pills is a bandaid at best- it dulls the symptoms, it doesn't fix the problem and most times creates more issues.

• Outstanding service, great equipment, and wonderful people. I mentioned a problem with my calves to my trainer today, and she immediately suggested a treatment that I did not even realized RXR3 offered: Body Tempering. I really did not know what that was, but Elizabeth took me into a separate area, explained the process, and then performed the procedure. It took only a few minutes, but my calves responded immediately. This is typical of how the folks at RXR3 have worked with me from the first day I found them. They have been careful to design treatment programs just for me, and have been creative in guiding me through changes in what we do, and how we do it. Physically, I am a totally different person than when I started with them. I am largely pain free, and in much better cardio vascular condition. I feel blessed to have found such a great team.
