  • I've been with Ruthie since she started out! In SC for 7 months they didn't charge me close to her expertise. A true professional in all her endeavors. Now that there are many other salons offering eyelash services I still remain a true customer to Ruthie. I have recommended her to several people although I do not know if they ever followed up and getting lashes. I also highly recommend Colleen for her micro blading as well as her eyelash filling. I gave Ruthie a 10 out of 10.
