  • Like the service, close by, enjoy talking with Michaella about her knowledge, didn't do 10 for difficulty in scheduling (not a huge deal, but I was trying to schedule other things at same time) and next time I'll talk to Michaella about left over wax, I ran around for two hours with pain from left over wax sticking to underwear (this never happened before and I want to make sure I do something if I need to). Overall, love the service, interactions and highly recommend
