• Usually Alessia just books my next appointments in the system, but this time I had to book myself and booked the wrong service. It's a little confusing on the website under "services," it lists complete brow lamination package as being the lamination/wax/tint combo. Then on the booking page, that service is "brow lamination package" and is actual the complete service. I ended up paying $35 more because I booked the "complete brow package" incorrectly and had to come back for two separate appointments. Would be great if the wording was more consistent!
