Instructor knowledgable helpful and the pilates machines and equipment used supported my needs and ability in a way ordinary pilates classes cannot meet. I am a fitness instructor athletics coach and circuit and spin teacher so I understand posture control and technique. With pilates machine we are all in the same position theres no embarrassment to watch others so you work to your ability from the same position and you cannot get the technique or position wrong as the machine supports technique. The instructor delivered the session in way that we could all understand from demonstrations to talking to coming round and adjusting some of us. The machine was easy to operate change and perform each routine asked of us. Thank you??????????

The class was great. I was just slightly worried I didn't have the hips and breathing right. Could maybe explain that a little more before embarking on the exercises.
