It is so good to be back in the studio, Kirsten was great at smoothing us back into Reformer, the process to getting in and staying safe all appeared to work really well. Above all, I FELT SAFE and in good hands, from a Covid and a return to using the Machines perspective. I have missed these classes in the studio <3

It was really great to be back and find the class full of lovely girls with an assertive and aggressive Instructor. I was met at the front door by the new Receptionist and my temperature was checked. I found everyone fit and healthy and we tried out some new techniques which people have obviously been practicing during Zoom classes on the Reformer and on the Mat.
