• There are several factors that go into my score. First. Nobody cuts my hair like Amy. Not only does she put a person at ease with her mannerism, she listens to what I’d like done to my hair and is very detailed. My family noticed right off when she cut my hair and said “you look like you’re not as tired…” (nope, just a hair cut by Amy will help me look more like myself)… Second, everybody at the salon is very nice. Not only is is a relaxing spa atmosphere, everybody says “hi” and is friendly. The only reason I give it less than a 10 is that your prices have gotten higher since the reorganization of your salon. I went somewhere else for a bit, but I really love the way Amy does my hair. What I’ve done is spread an out my visits. I have a family member who is retired and on a fixed income who currently goes somewhere else now,( and was a Rumors client for at least 15 years….) she now goes elsewhere and doesn’t like the way they do her hair but the price increase has been the final decision for her. ( It may not be that much but added to an already solid price pushed her away). Another plus at Rumors. on a cold day (and any day) I noticed that people were offered hot drinks and made to feel comfy and important no matter who they were. Amy was very sweet to the customer. Before me, taking her time and not rushing her as she was awaiting a companion to take her home. Rumors is a great place. I would recommend it to anyone.

• I feel taken care of when I get my hair done there. I always leave feeling my best. Everyone there is always so kind and I feel comfortable . I love the color that I had done months ago, and the color Olivia did yesterday is so beautiful!
