• The job done on my hair, color, cut, and style. The beautician was professional yet friendly, also informative on what and why she was doing to my hair. Atmosphere was friendly, inviting, etc. One suggestion...From living in Sterling Heights then moving to the Davison area (and my daughter is a beautician) I get pricing changes due to areas/cost of living (and I can afford to pay). Of course Rochester rates will run higher than Davison. I did have a bit of "stickers chock" when I was told what I owed. My suggestion would be for new clients, giving them, the new client, an approximate idea of what the cost may be and maybe have a "menu" in the reception area. I'm in no way trying to be critical, rude, or mean. Not at all. It's coming from a "Mom" place actually, and working Customer Service for over 20 years. A place of knowing most people are on a tight budget, especially these days, like some of my family members. It's just a thought. Please don't be offended, or think me rude or intrusive. Thank You 😊
