Everyone needs to wear a mask and it should be worn correctly. Saw a few customers without masks. Also, the service providers should be fully covered in mask when doing a manicure. There is a pandemic at present. Greater precaution must be taken. I was not pleased with the loose masks wearing. This could hamper your customer satisfaction.
