I felt so welcomed when I arrived, the teachers are absolutely fantastic. Never felt intimidated at all and got a great workout.

The main issue I have is it gets so hot and muggy in there and the air is stifling. Sometimes I start feeling dizzy towards the end.
I think it would really help to leave the side windows open so there is at least a little cross ventilation.
It's not just that it gets warm. It's just gets hard to breathe
