It was amazing. The energy of the people who were present to share in what they are feeling and be able to be with a healing community to move forward together brought so much clarity and light to me. When you realize the signs are there for change and are guided that you aren't alone all your fears and so much ego that holds us back starts to fade. The Roslyn Salt Cave is a healing center that has brought us all together to know we are here to believe in our power and have the best tools to grow in these difficult. Kim and Mary are genuine healers. I believed in what they said. Having the meditation in the cave was the best way to let go and get ready to activate my spirit. I'm ready and trust that everything that is happening is for na reason.
