The workshop was fantastic. The room was just too crowded. The ladies next to us were on their phones the whole time which was really disturbing of my zen. I wanted and paid for this time to unplug and relax and the phone screens were distracting.

The environment was beautiful and relaxing. I found the salt room calming and beneficial. The retail space has many interesting items. Wendy was welcoming and knowledgeable. Just an all around positive experience. I will definitely be back and will recommend the cave to others.
